Service scope
Consultations provide spiritual reflection and culturally grounded personal guidance. They are offered to adults aged 18 and over. You remain responsible for your choices, actions and decisions.
No guaranteed outcome
No relationship, health, financial, legal, business or personal result is promised or guaranteed. Any discussion of possible future paths is interpretive guidance, not a statement of certainty.
Professional and emergency support
Our services do not replace licensed medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. Contact a qualified professional for those needs. Contact local emergency services if you or another person may be in immediate danger.
Booking and payment
Your session format, time and fee are confirmed before payment. A booking is reserved after the agreed payment is received. Do not send money to an unverified number, account or person claiming to represent the consultancy.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Ask about cancellation and rescheduling conditions before paying. If an agreed session cannot proceed, contact us promptly using the official details shown on this website.
Delivery and returns
Shop orders are delivered for a flat fee of GHS 100 anywhere in Ghana, usually within 2–5 days, and GHS 500 to international addresses. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items are returned by courier and the customer pays the return delivery cost. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email to arrange a return.
Respect and refusal of service
We may decline a request that falls outside the service scope, involves unlawful conduct, creates a safety concern or requires support from a qualified professional.
